Kate

Hi.  I'm Kate.  I'm probably the most awkward and random person you'll ever meet.  I'm an introvert and I love nothing better than curling up in bed with a good book.  When I'm not reading, I can be found obsessing over fashion on Pinterest, tapping away on the keyboard writing my latest novel, or having a Doctor Who marathon on Netflix.  On rare occasion, I do actually venture out of the house.

Other random things about me: I'm a Christian.  I am going to get my book published one day.  I think British accents are the best thing ever.  Someday, I'm going to travel the world.  I'm a homeschooler by day and ninja by night.  I'm a complete nerd and proud of it.  I love fashion, especially anything that is vintage or has polka dots.  My favorite color is mint.  I'm a crazy cat lady and love my five cats.

Faith

Hi, I'm Faith.  I'm a proud Baptist Christian.  I've been homeschooled all of my life, and I love it!  I play the piano and guitar, and this year I'm learning violin.  Pretty much the only thing I listen to is Christian music.  My favorite band is Casting Crowns, and I also like Tenth Avenue North and Jamie Grace. 

Random things about me: I love milkshakes.  Someday I'm going to go to a Casting Crowns concert with my friend.  My favorite TV shows are Duck Dynasty, The Andy Griffith Show, and I Love Lucy.  I enjoy photography.  I spoil my cats.  I'm learning French.  Winter is my favorite season.  I love Blimey Cow :)

What kind of posts to expect from us:

- fashion (our photoshoots, or pictures of vintage/polka dot fashion we like)
- the homeschooling life (a bimonthly post about what homeschoolers are really like)
- photography (we're both new to photography but enjoy it.  Expect lots of cat photos)
- music (particularly Christian music.  We'll post about inspirational songs)
- the nerd life (some of our fandoms include Narnia, Avengers, Doctor Who, and Downton Abbey)
- being an introvert (why we like to just be alone sometimes, and why that's okay)
- the Christian life (our favorite verses, what book we're currently reading in the Bible, etc.)

Note: all of the titles of our blog posts are song lyrics.  At the beginning of the post, we'll give the name of the song and artist.  We also end each blog post with a quote or Bible verse we like.
